Katy delivers Four Corners' annual training programme, and works closely with the TV and Film industries to secure trainee work placements, alongside liaising, developing and delivering training programmes.

Dave co-curates gallery exhibitions, events and artist forums as part of the arts programming team; manages professional development programmes for artists/photographers, and oversees darkroom membership and hires.

Margaret is a qualified accountant and trained in Chartered Accountancy Practice and is the Director of Finance at Four Corners.

Yossi Balanescu-Bal is a director/producer of documentaries and of experimental fiction. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association for Higher Education in the Moving Image, NAHEMI and the Artistic Director of the NAHEMI 'Eat Our Shorts' Film Festival. Yossi is vice-chair of Four Corners, was chairman of NAHEMI for nearly twenty years and was a founder member of the editorial board of ‘Vertigo’ film magazine. Currently Yossi runs Bridge Films, a partnership project with his brother, film composer Alexander Balanescu, and leader of the Balanescu Quartet, aiming to foster innovative multimedia productions.
Helen de Witt is festivals producer at the British Film Institute, responsible for delivery of the London Film Festival and the London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival. She has taught Film Studies at Birkbeck College, University of London for many years, publishing articles on independent cinema, artists’ film and video, and football. Starting iin independent cinema exhibition and specialised distribution, programming the Scala and Electric cinemas and managing acquisitions at Cinenova, she was the first head of cinema at the Lux Centre for Film Video and Digital Arts in London. From there she became head of the BFI’s Programme Unit, delivering UK-wide cinema programming, touring programmes and national exhibition projects, before moving to her current position. Helen was vice-Chair of LUX Artists’ Moving Image Distribution for five years and has been Chair of Four Corners since 2008.
Dr. Loraine Leeson is a Fulbright scholar and director of the arts charity cSPACE at University of East London, where she is a Visiting Research Fellow; and also a research affiliate of the University of Creative Arts. Educated at St Martins College of Art and University of Reading, Loraine continued with a DAAD scholarship at the Hochschule der Künste, Berlin, and received her PhD in Art, Communities and Social Change from University of Ulster. She is a visual artist specializing in community-based practice around issues including the regeneration of the urban environment, known for using digital media in her work with young people. She has founded and run a number of East London based organisations, including the Docklands Community Poster project, Art of Change and cSPACE. A current project, The Young Person’s Guide to East London, produced with hundreds of local teenagers, is recipient of the Olympic Inspire Mark and a Media Trust Inspiring Voices award, while her public artwork The Catch has been voted a 2012 London Landmark. Loraine has been a Four Corners board member since 2007.
